We recently got to experiencing camping, something we said we would never do – but we did say that about crusing as well! Both of us had camped as kids but as adults if it wasn’t at least 4 stars it didn’t rate on our to do list. In the spirit of letting go of the complex and achieving a more simple and fulfilling life we tried camping and absolutely loved it. We took the dogs away on a long weekend (Australia Day) camping adventure and lit the fire on a new part of our lives. I’m not sure the BMW appreciated the camping life as much as we did so we added a new addition to the family – welcome Pumba the 2005 Jeep Wrangler. Pumba is literally the vehicle (no pun intended) to our new adventures as Aussie campers. The next 4 years we will be camping locally and building our 4×4 skills in preparation for a round Australia camping adventure in 2022.
